Sky blue turquoise with a white halo bordering the matrix.  I had fun with this setting.  The top row of spheres is round while the bottom row is flattened, giving it an unique design.  It sits on top of a thick 4 guage half round cuff.  (It has a small amount of flexibility.) 
 
Measures:  5 1/2 inches around with a 1 3/8 inches gap.
